We're committed to being the most convenient and staffing solution for our business partners. To that end, we're always on the bleeding edge of technology, making use of the latest data-driven techniques to constantly adapt and improve our platform. We also stay updated with training methods and industry standards, allowing our Jobletes to be the best staffers they can be.

Vision

We aim to revolutionize the staffing space through a combination of industry-standard hiring and vetting processes, and the latest technology. We don't just want to be an innovative seasonal hiring solution - we want to offer a viable alternative to the entire traditional HR process, allowing our business partners to put all of their recruitment, training, and staffing needs in our hands.

  • 2015

    Jobletics is founded in Somerville, Massachusetts. Founder Rahul Sharma credits Northeastern University's Venture Accelerator for helping him develop the company.

  • 2016

    The Jobletics app gets a wide release in early 2016, partnering with businesses in Boston.

  • 2017

    Jobletics launches in its second city, Philadelphia. By mid-2017, Jobletics has several hundred business partners and over a thousand Jobletes. Throughout the year, Jobletics experiences growth of over 380%.

  • 2018

    Jobletics expands to San Francisco, and announces partnerships with Delaware North's TD Garden and Harvard University. The company begins a partnership with SeedInvest to raise money through crowdfunding.

  • 2022

    JobleticPro is currently operational in 64 cities nationwide.

  • 2019

    Jobletics is acquired by Compunnel Software Group, a technology and staffing services provider.

  • 2020

    Jobletics aims to expand to two additional states: California and Pennsylvania.
