Jobletics is one of the fastest growing food-tech startups in the country. We partner with hundreds of foodservice businesses like restaurants, caterers, food trucks, hotels, and markets. When these businesses need help, they can create shifts through our app and request cooks, servers, dishwashers, hosts, or bussers from Jobletics. Our workers (called Jobletes) set their own schedule through the Jobletics app to decide when they want to work. When available, jobletes will receive shift offers from these different foodservice businesses and have the ability to accept any shifts that match their job types and availability.
As a Joblete, you get to set your own schedule, make well above the industry average, and gain valuable and varied experience working with many great businesses.
We are looking for self-motivated and versatile people who love working in foodservice. You decide when you want to work, so we are looking for people who are motivated to get on the app and accept shifts! It is beneficial to have experience in the job types you are applying for. However, if you are unsure if your experience qualifies, we still encourage you to apply!
Jobletics is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, and we also have local operations in Philadelphia and San Francisco. We are growing very quickly here at Jobletics. If we aren’t in your city yet, still apply and we will let you know when we are in your city.
As a Joblete, you have the power to accept as many shifts as you want, so your success is in your own hands. You will always make well above the industry average working any shift with Jobletics. You will also have access to the exact hourly rate for all shift offers you receive before accepting.
You will see the payout for each shift that you have worked in your Jobletics app. You will be paid by Jobletics through direct deposit every Friday for all shifts worked in the previous week.

When you schedule your interview, you will receive a text message and email from us at Jobletics with all of the information you need to prepare. You can expect to receive a phone call from us at your scheduled interview time. If you are prepared with your appropriate uniform and materials, we will move forward with a video chat.
After your video interview, selected candidates are offered a position and invited to complete their onboarding online. Once you complete all of your onboarding steps, we will approve you in the Jobletics app and you will be all ready to start accepting shifts with us. For successful applicants, it is possible to begin working with Jobletics in the same week as your interview!
The interview process consists of a conversational and interactive video interview. We will evaluate whether your skills and experience is a good match for working with Jobletics. Following the video interview, we will let you know promptly whether or not we are able to offer you a position.
If we are able to offer you a position with Jobletics, we will invite you to complete your onboarding paperwork online. Once you have completed all of your onboarding steps, we will approve you in the Jobletics app and you will be ready to help get shift done at great businesses around town!
Yes! We encourage you to refer your friends and spread the word about Jobletics. We are always looking for great cooks, servers, hosts, bussers, and dishwashers. Depending on our current needs, we may even be able to offer incentives for successful referrals.
Quitting a shift by itself is not an offense. However, you need to do it at least 24 hours before the shift begins. You also need to use the app to do it. Failure to comply with either of these conditions will result in a recorded infraction.
Infractions have a major effect on your ability to accept shifts. Each successive infraction confers greater penalties on suspension from shift offers, and incurs removal of your already-accepted shifts. Too many infractions and your account may be frozen.
If you have one or two infractions, they will be removed after 30 days. With three infractions, your account may be suspended and put up for review. After 30 days, if you have not exceeded two infractions, your infraction count will reset to 0.
